How to describe the onslaught against Zack Polanski’s Green Party? Hysteria does not even begin to cover it. The Greens are “a lunatic coalition of left-wing extremists and bile-spewing Islamists”, screeches The Sun. A column in the Daily Express labels the Greens “the Islamist Gaza Party”, outrageously claiming they want “to eliminate Jews”. The Board of Deputies of British Jews describes the Greens as “an extremist party”.

It gets even more perverse.
